Will i get a meal plan?
Yes, if paid for seperately. We prefer to work with a meal guide and optimize your meal and nutrition sense as we progress.
Why do i need to send a picture of my food?
To help us undertand a possible cause of your nutrition problem and make subtly chages gradually so we dont throw you off balance.
What session times are available?
For morning sessions: 5-6am, 6-7am, 7-8am, 8-9am, 9-10am.
